Duas for relief from anxiety, worry, and distress
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever-effective. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept with You in the knowledge of the unseen, that You make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sorrow, and the reliever of my anxiety.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not fear (You), from a soul that is not satisfied, and from a prayer that is not answered. O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men (or people).
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is forever executed. Your decision concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or that You have taught to anyone from Your creation, or that You have revealed in Your Book, or that You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my anxiety.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective. Your judgment over me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any one of Your creation, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen which You possess, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my anxiety.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, from weakness and laziness, from cowardice and stinginess, and from the heavy burden of debt and the oppression of men.

I ask You by every Name that You have called Yourself with, or taught to any one of Your creation, or revealed in Your Book, or have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the delight of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my sadness and a remover of my anxieties."
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, and the change of Your protection, and the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, and from a heart that does not humble itself, and from a soul that is not satisfied, and from a supplication that is not answered.
O Allah, suffice me against them in whatever way You wish.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from being overwhelmed by debt and from the overpowering of men.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and from the punishment of the Fire, and from the trial of wealth and poverty, and from the trial of the grave, and from the evil of the trial of the Masih ad-Dajjal. O Allah, wash my heart with the water of snow and hail, and cleanse my heart from sins as a white garment is cleansed from dirt, and set me far apart from my sins as You have set far apart the East and the West.
