Duas to recite after meals
All praise is due to Allah, much, good, and blessed praise. It is not sufficient, nor is it bid farewell to, nor is one independent of it, our Lord.
O Allah, feed those who fed me and give drink to those who gave me drink.
O Allah, by You we enter the morning and by You we enter the evening, by You we live, and by You we die, and to You is the resurrection. And when any one of you eats food, let him say: 'O Allah, bless it for us and give us more than it.' And when he is given milk to drink, let him say: 'O Allah, bless it for us and increase us in it.' For nothing takes the place of food and drink except milk.
O Allah, bless us in it, and provide us with something better than it.
O Allah, feed those who fed me, and give drink to those who gave me to drink.
Praise be to Allah, [praise] in abundance, good and blessed. O our Lord, [this provision] cannot be dispensed with, nor can it be done without, nor can one do without needing it.
Praise be to Allah, abundant, pure, and blessed praise, praise that is never insufficient, never to be left, and from which we are never independent, our Lord.
Praise be to Allah, [such] a plentiful, pure, blessed praise. [We are] not self-sufficient, nor is it taken leave of, nor is He [O our Lord] dispensable.
O Allah, feed him who fed me, and give drink to him who gave me drink.
"O Allah, feed him who fed me and give drink to him who gave me drink."
I praise Allah with abundant, good, and blessed praise, praise that is not rejected, nor bid farewell, nor is it unnecessary for our Lord.
Praise be to Allah Who has fed me this food and provided it for me without any strength or power from myself.
