Duas related to traveling
O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of this journey and the goodness of what is in it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this journey and the evil of what is in it. O Allah, I ask You to suffice me from its burdens, and to make this journey one of righteousness, piety, repentance, and forgiveness, and to protect me from all sins, and to forbid my body from the Fire.
In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah. There is no might nor power except with Allah.
Glory be to Him Who has subjected this (transport) to us, and we could never have accomplished it by ourselves. And indeed, to our Lord we will surely return. O Allah, we ask You in this journey of ours for righteousness and piety, and for such deeds as are pleasing to You. O Allah, make this journey easy for us, and make its distance short for us. O Allah, You are the Companion on the journey and the Successor in the family. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of the journey, and the evil sight, and from bad situations when returning to the family and property.
Glory be to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we could never have accomplished it by ourselves. And to our Lord we will certainly return. O Allah, we ask You on this journey of ours for righteousness and piety, and for works that please You. O Allah, make this journey easy for us and roll up the distance for us. O Allah, You are the Companion on the journey and the One in charge of the family. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of travel, from seeing a miserable sight, and from bad news in property and family upon returning.
O Allah, make it a pilgrimage that is accepted (Mabrur), and a striving that is appreciated (Mashkur), and a sin that is forgiven (Maghfur).
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of travel, the sorrow of returning (to a changed situation), [and from] returning to disbelief after guidance; the call of the oppressed, and the evil sight (seeing misfortune) regarding my family, my wealth, and my children.
O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of this journey and the goodness of what it contains, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this journey and the evil of what it contains. O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, I ask You in this journey of mine for righteousness and piety, and for deeds that please You. O Allah, make this journey easy for us, and bring its distance closer. O Allah, You are the Companion on the journey and the Successor to my family. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of the journey, the sorrow of seeing [an evil sight], and from a bad outcome in property and family.
O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of this journey and the goodness of what it contains, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this journey and the evil of what it contains. O Allah, I ask You for pure provisions.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of travel, the sorrow of returning home (to bad news), the (regrettable) return to a state (of loss) after having been well-off, the supplication of the oppressed, and the evil sight (concerning family and wealth).
We are returning, repenting, worshipping, and to our Lord we are praising.
Glory be to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we could never have accomplished it on our own. And surely, we are to return to our Lord. O Allah, we ask You on this journey of ours for goodness and piety, and for deeds that please You. O Allah, make this journey easy for us and shorten its distance for us. O Allah, You are the Companion on the journey and the One Who will look after the family. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of the journey, from seeing a sad sight, and from an evil outcome in wealth and family. And when he returned, he would say these words, saying: Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Allah, there is no god but Allah, I ask Allah for forgiveness and turn to Him in repentance.
