O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is forever executed. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen which is with You, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my anxiety.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the passing away of Your blessings, and from the change of Your protection, and from the suddenness of Your punishment, and from all Your displeasure. And I seek refuge in You from the evil of character, deeds, and desires.
O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency.
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the suffering and heal him, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, [a healing that leaves] no illness behind.
My Lord, establish prayer for me, and [also] my offspring. Our Lord, and accept [my] supplication.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and acceptable deeds.

I ask You by every name belonging to You, which You have bestowed upon Yourself, or You revealed in Your Book, or You taught to any of Your creation, or You have retained in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my sorrow and a reliever of my anxiety.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and accepted deeds.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the passing away of Your blessings, the reversal of Your well-being, the sudden onset of Your punishment, and all that You are displeased with. I seek refuge in You from the trials of the grave, and the punishment of the grave, and from the evil of this world, and the evil of the hereafter. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, and from a heart that does not fear (You), and from a soul that is not satisfied, and from a supplication that is not heard. O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in this world and the hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my property. O Allah, conceal my private parts and calm my fears. Protect me from my front, and from behind me, and from my right, and from my left, and from above me, and I seek refuge in Your Magnificence from being struck from beneath me.
O Allah, Lord of the heavens and the earth, our Lord and Lord of all things, the cleaver of the seed and the date stone, the revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran. I seek refuge in You from the evil of all things You seize by their forelock. O Allah, You are the First, so there is nothing before You; You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; You are the Apparent, so there is nothing above You; You are the Hidden, so there is nothing nearer than You. Discharge our debt and make us free from want.
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provision instead of Your unlawful provision, and enrich me with Your grace, so that I may not need anyone other than You.
