Virtues & Benefits
This verse from Surah Ibrahim is a powerful supplication for establishing consistent good deeds, starting with prayer and extending to one's family. By asking Allah to make us 'muqim as-Salah' (establishers of prayer), we are essentially asking Him to help us establish all pillars of our faith, including the regular recitation and understanding of the Quran. The emphasis on 'and also my offspring' highlights the importance of raising a righteous family connected to the Quran. Allah promises to accept the supplications of those who turn to Him, as mentioned in verses like 'And your Lord says, 'Call upon Me; I will respond to you.'' (Ghafir 40:60).
