In the name of Allah, this is the 'Aqiqah for [name of newborn]. Blood for blood, flesh for flesh, bones for bones, skin for skin, and hair for hair. O Allah, make it a protection for [name of newborn] from the Fire.
O Allah, teach him wisdom and eloquence of speech, and keep him away from lying and wickedness. Inspire him with his guidance, and protect him from the evil of his own soul.
May Allah bless you in your newborn, may you be thankful to the Giver, may he reach the age of maturity, and may you be granted his righteousness.
O Allah, teach him wisdom, make him firm upon faith, grant him intercession for his Ummah, and admit him to Paradise by Your mercy.
