I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure.
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provision instead of Your unlawful provision, and enrich me with Your grace, so that I may not need to ask from anyone other than You.
O Allah, I ask You for steadfast Iman, and I ask You for a heart that is humble and submissive, and I ask You for beneficial knowledge, and I ask You for sincere certainty, and I ask You for a steadfast religion. And I ask You for well-being in every trial, and I ask You for complete well-being, and I ask You for gratitude for well-being, and I ask You for contentment and freedom from need of people. Our Lord, grant us in this world [that which is] good and in the Hereafter [that which is] good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and deeds that are accepted.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever-effective. Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept with You in the hidden knowledge of the unseen: I ask that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the remover of my anxiety.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from being overwhelmed by debt and overcome by men.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the effects of the evil eye and envy.
O Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the seen, there is no god but You, Lord of all things and their Master. I seek refuge in You from the evil of my soul, and from the evil of Satan and his shirk (associations), and from my bringing evil upon myself or directing it towards a Muslim.
In the name of Allah, I have laid down my side. O Allah, forgive my sin, purify my heart, make my affair easy for me, and protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your creation. They (the Companions) asked: O Messenger of Allah, who would be pleased on that night? He said: Have you not heard the saying of Talhah ibn 'Ubaydillah, and his narration: 'O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.'
O Allah, I ask You from Your Grace.
Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair, right guidance.
