Duas for strength in old age and caring for elderly parents
My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to do righteousness of which You approve. And admit me by Your mercy into [the company of] Your righteous servants.
O Allah, make my desire focused on my Hereafter.
O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and what they have overshadowed, and Lord of the earths and what they have borne, and Lord of the devils and what they have misled, be my neighbor from the evil of all Your creation, lest any of them overwhelm me or transgress against me. Mighty is Your protection, and blessed is Your name, and there is no god but You.
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the suffering. Heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness behind.
My Lord, forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house as a believer and the believing men and believing women.
O Allah, I submit myself to You, and I turn my face to You, and I entrust my affair to You, and I seek refuge in You with hope and fear in You. There is no refuge or escape from You except with You. I believe in Your Book which You revealed, and in Your Prophet whom You sent.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove the harm, heal [him/her/yourself], You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing, a healing that leaves no ailment.
O Allah, call me to account with a light account.
O Allah, have mercy upon them as they brought me up when I was young.
O Allah, discharge for me my trusts, and pay for me my debt, and make easy for me my affair.
O Allah, make Your provision for me most abundant at the time of my old age and the end of my life.
My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to do righteousness of which You approve. And make righteous for me my offspring. Indeed, I have repented to You, and indeed, I am of the Muslims.
