Duas for pilgrimage rituals and sacred places
O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.
O Allah, make it a blessed Hajj, a thanked-for effort, a forgiven sin, an accepted deed, and a trade that will never perish. Make my selling profitable for my trade, and enrich me with Your bounty over others. Indeed, it (this life) has reached what you see of the world and its affairs, and we seek refuge in You from the evil of this world and the evil of what is in it, and we ask You to enrich us with Your bounty over others.
O Allah, grant me understanding in religion and teach me the interpretation (of the Quran).
O Allah, make it a Hajj that is accepted, a sin that is forgiven, and a striving that is appreciated.
O Allah, make the earth easy for us and its vastness, and make our journey easy, and protect us from the hardships of our path, and bring its distance closer to us, and roll up the earth for us. Grant us in it ease with our food and drink, and make it a Hajj accepted, and a striving appreciated, and a sin forgiven. O Allah, we seek refuge in You from the difficulties of travel, and the gloom of returning, and the evil of seeing our family, wealth, and children in a bad state. O Allah, help us to perform our rituals, and accept our Hajj, and make it purely for Your Face, and a path to Your Paradise, and a way for our freedom from the Fire. O Allah, we ask You for repentance, ease, and well-being in this world and the Hereafter. Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs sovereignty and to Him belongs praise, and He is over all things competent. There is no might nor power except with Allah. There is no god but Allah, and we worship none but Him. To Him belongs bounty, and to Him belongs grace, and to Him belongs praise. There is no god but Allah, sincerely devoted to Him, though the disbelievers may detest it.
Glory be to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we could never have accomplished it ourselves. And indeed, to our Lord we will certainly return.
O Allah, guide me among those You have guided, grant me well-being among those You have granted well-being, take me into Your care among those You have taken into Your care, bestow Your blessings on me in what You have given, and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed. For You decree and are not decreed against, and none is humiliated whom You have befriended. Blessed are You, our Lord, and Exalted.
O Allah, make it an accepted Hajj, a appreciated effort, and a forgiven sin.
O Allah, I ask You, for indeed all praise is due to You; there is no god but You alone, You have no partner. You are the Most Loving, You are the Originator, You are the heavens and the earth. O Possessor of Majesty and Honor, O Sustainer of the heavens and the earth, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor, I ask You to accept my supplication for my brother [mention name], and to relieve his distress, and to make his affairs easy, and to fulfill his desires, and to grant him his request, and to forgive him, and to have mercy upon him.
Glory be to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we could never have accomplished it by ourselves. And surely, to our Lord we are returning.
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove this suffering. Heal, for You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no illness behind.
