Praise be to Allah, [such] abundant, pure, and blessed praise, [praise] that is not insufficient, nor [said with the intention of] farewell, nor [praise] that can be done without, our Lord.
In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, and there is no might nor power except with Allah.
O Allah, I ask You for steadfastness in all matters, and determination in pursuing guidance. I ask You to enable me to be grateful for Your favors and to worship You in the best manner. I ask You for a sound heart and a truthful tongue. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what You know, and I ask You for the good of what You know, and I seek Your forgiveness for what You know.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and sadness, from helplessness and laziness, from cowardice and stinginess, and from the burden of debt and the overpowering of men.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from being overwhelmed by debt and overcome by men.
O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Magnificent Throne, our Lord and the Lord of everything, Splitter of the seed and the date-stone, Revealer of the Torah and the Injeel and the Furqan (Qur'an), I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything whose forelock You have grasped. O Allah, You are the First, so there is nothing before You; and You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; and You are the Manifest, so there is nothing above You; and You are the Intimate, so there is nothing closer than You. Relieve us of debt and enrich us from poverty.
In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male devils and female devils.
O Allah, we ask You to rectify for us our religion, which is the protection of our affair; and to rectify for us our world, in which is our livelihood; and to rectify for us our Hereafter, to which is our return. And make life an increase for us in all good, and make death a rest for us from all evil. O Allah, we seek refuge in You from the vanishing of Your blessings, and the change of Your well-being, and the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. O Allah, we ask You for steadfastness in the affair, and resolve in guidance, and we ask You to enable us to be grateful for Your blessings and to worship You well. And we ask You for a sound heart and a truthful tongue. We ask You for the good that You know, and we seek refuge in You from the evil that You know. We seek Your forgiveness for what You know, indeed You are the Knower of the unseen.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demise of Your blessings, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeasures You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from them.
O Allah, there is no ease except that which You make easy. If You will, You can make hardship easy.
O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove this illness. Heal (him/her/me), for You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no disease behind.
