O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove this illness. Heal (him/her/me), for You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no disease behind.

Narrated Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) fell ill, he would recite Mu'awwidhat (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas) and then blow over his body. When his illness worsened, I used to recite them and rub his hands with my own hoping for its blessings. When the Prophet (ﷺ) became very ill, I started reciting the Mu'awwidhat and wiping his body with his own hand, as his hand was more beneficial than mine. Another narration: When the Prophet (ﷺ) visited a sick person, he would say: 'O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove this illness, heal (him/her/me), for You are the Healer. There is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no disease behind.' (Sahih al-Bukhari 5743, Sahih Muslim 2191)
