O Allah, I ask of You the best of entrance and the best of exit. In Allah's name we enter, and in Allah's name we exit, and in Allah, our Lord, we place our trust.
I seek forgiveness from Allah, than whom there is no deity worthy of worship except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer. And I turn to Him in repentance.
O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful (provision) instead of Your unlawful, and enrich me by Your grace, making me independent of all except You.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and deeds that are accepted.
O Allah, I ask You for knowledge that is beneficial, for good provision, and for deeds that are acceptable.
With Your name, my Lord, I lie down, and with Your name I rise. If You take my soul, have mercy on it. And if You keep it, protect it with what You protect Your righteous servants.
O Allah, forgive me for what I have committed in the past and what I will do in the future, what I have done in secret and what I have done openly. You are the One Who brings forth and the One Who delays; there is no god but You.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and from the punishment of the Fire, and from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah (Dajjal).
O Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth and Lord of the Great Throne, our Lord and Lord of all things, the One who causes the grain and the date-stone to split and sprout, the Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Qur'an. I seek refuge in You from the evil of every creature You are seizing by its forelock. O Allah, You are the First, so there is nothing before You; You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; You are the Evident, so there is nothing above You; You are the Hidden, so there is nothing nearer than You. Discharge our debt and relieve us from poverty.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave, and from the torment of Hellfire, and from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the False Messiah (Dajjal).
O Allah, I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love You, and for the deeds which will help me reach Your love. O Allah, make Your love dearer to me than myself, my family, and than cold water.
