Duas during pregnancy, childbirth, and for newborns
May Allah bless you in His gift to you, may you show gratitude to the Giver, may the child reach the age of maturity, and may you be granted its obedience.
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad.
I seek protection for him/her with the perfect words of Allah from every devil and every beast, and from every evil eye.
In the name of Allah, the soil of our land, mixed with the saliva of some of us, our sick will be healed by the permission of our Lord.
O Allah, grant him understanding in religion and teach him the interpretation (of the Quran).
He recites the Adhan in his right ear and the Iqamah in his left, and does not exceed that.
I seek refuge for you with Allah's perfect words from every devil and every poisonous creature, and from every envious eye.
O Allah, help me to remember You, to thank You, and to worship You in the best way.
In the name of Allah, and by Allah, and upon the way of the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, protect him with the protection of faith, from every devil and pest, and from every envious and oppressive person, and from every evil-doer. O Allah, make him blessed upon himself and upon his offspring, and make him among Your close servants and the people of Your obedience, and make his tongue alive with Your remembrance, and his heart humbled before Your magnificence.
May Allah bless you in His gift to you, may you give thanks to the Giver, may he reach the maturity of adulthood, and may you be granted his righteousness.
My Lord, establish prayer for me and [also] my offspring. Our Lord, and accept [my] supplication.
