All praise is due to Allah, Who gave me good health in my body, returned my soul to me, and permitted me to remember Him.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not feel humbled, from a soul that is not satisfied, and from a supplication that is not answered.
