Duas for various morning activities and habits
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, and from the evil of my sight, and from the evil of my tongue, and from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my semen (or my lower parts).
In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, and there is no might nor power except with Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from associating anything with You knowingly, and I seek Your forgiveness for what I know not. I seek refuge in You from the evil of every creature You are seizing by its forelock. I seek refuge in You from the evil of all evil, and from the evil of every creature You are seizing by its forelock. I seek refuge in You from the evil of whatever passes by night and day, except for the night-visitor who comes with good, O Most Merciful.
O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I am upon Your covenant and Your promise as much as I am able. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favor upon me, and I acknowledge my sin. So forgive me, for indeed, no one forgives sins except You.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provision, and deeds that are accepted.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provisions, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provisions, and deeds that are accepted.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, and I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the overwhelming of debt and the subjugation of men.
In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can cause harm on earth or in the heavens, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and His punishment, and from the evil of His servants, and from the whispers of devils and their presence.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow. I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness. I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess. I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and from the domination of men.
