Duas for the deceased
O Allah, forgive [Name of deceased] son of [Father's Name], and raise his rank among the guided. And be his successor among those who remain. Forgive us and him, O Lord of the worlds. And make his grave spacious and illuminate it for him.

O Allah, forgive him and have mercy on him, grant him well-being and pardon him, honor his resting place and make his grave spacious. Wash him with water, snow, and hail. Cleanse him of his sins as a white garment is cleansed of dirt. Give him a home better than his former home, a family better than his family, and a spouse better than his spouse. Admit him to Paradise and protect him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.

Cleanse him from sins just as a white garment is cleansed from dirt. Give him a dwelling better than his dwelling, a family better than his family, and a spouse better than his spouse. Admit him to Paradise, and protect him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.

Purify him from sins as a white garment is purified from dirt. Replace his home with a better home, his family with a better family, and his spouse with a better spouse. Cleanse him of sins as a white garment is cleansed of dirt. Exchange his home for a better home, his family for a better family, and his spouse for a better spouse. Admit him to Paradise and protect him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.
O Allah, forgive [so-and-so], by Your mercy and Your grace, and admit him to Your Paradise, and save him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.
