Duas and remedies for controlling anger
I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the expelled.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demise of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your vengeance, and all Your displeasure.
O Allah, forgive [so-and-so], and raise his rank among those who are guided. And leave successors for him among those who remain. And forgive us and him, O Lord of the worlds. And make his grave spacious and fill it with light for him.
O Allah, forgive me, have mercy upon me, guide me, protect me, and provide for me.
O Allah, I ask You for the doing of good deeds, and the abandoning of evil deeds, and love for the poor. And when You intend for Your creation a trial, take me to Yourself without having been put to trial. I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love You, and the love of deeds which bring me closer to Your love.
O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for, so do not entrust me to my own self for even the blink of an eye, and set all my affairs right for me. There is no god but You.
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the accursed Satan, from his madness, his arrogance, and his poetry.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and His punishment, and from the evil of His creation, and from the evil suggestions of devils, and from their presence.
Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but Him. I have placed my trust in Him, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the demise of Your favors, the turning of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your retribution, and all of Your displeasure.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your judgment upon me is assured, and Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every Name belonging to You with which You have named Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept hidden in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the remover of my sadness and the reliever of my distress.
