O Allah, open for me the doors of Your Mercy.
In the name of Allah, and by Allah, and on the religion of the Messenger of Allah. O Allah, accept it from me. O Allah, this is from You and for You. Accept it from me.
There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provision, and accepted deeds.
All praise is due to Allah, [praise] abundant, pure, and blessed, not to be [met with] inadequacy, nor to be taken leave of, nor to be dispensed with, our Lord.
O Allah, I ask You for faith that penetrates my heart, and true certainty until I know that nothing will afflict me except what You have decreed for me, and contentment with what You have divided for me.
My Lord, indeed I seek refuge in You, lest I ask of You that of which I have no knowledge. And unless You forgive me and have mercy upon me, I will be among the losers.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the vanishing of Your blessings, the change of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your decision concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any one of Your creation, or kept unto Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen that is with You, to make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my worries.
In the name of Allah. I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn from the evil of all that He has created, and from the evil of the darkening night as it falls, and from the evil of those who practice sorcery, and from the evil of the envier when he envies. In the name of Allah. I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is effective. Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or that You have taught to anyone from Your creation, or that You have revealed in Your Book, or that You have kept unto Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen, that You make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my worries.
All praise is for Allah, Who brought us back to life after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.
