O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, and from the change of Your protection, and from the sudden vengeance of Your punishment, and from all that You are displeased with. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from associating anything with You knowingly, and I seek Your forgiveness for what I know not.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the overpowering of men.
Our Lord, do not cause our hearts to deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Grantor of favors.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and deeds that are accepted.
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful (provision) instead of Your unlawful, and enrich me with Your bounty, so that I may not need anyone other than You.
O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of this journey and the goodness of what is in it, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this journey and the evil of what is in it. O Allah, I ask You to suffice me from its burdens, and to make this journey one of righteousness, piety, repentance, and forgiveness, and to protect me from all sins, and to forbid my body from the Fire.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is inevitable. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to any of Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my grief, and a reliever of my worry.
O Allah, guide me among those whom You have guided, grant me well-being among those whom You have granted well-being, take me into Your care among those whom You have taken into Your care, bless me in what You have given, and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed. For You decree, and none can decree against You. And none, whom You have taken as an ally, can be humbled. Blessed are You, our Lord, and exalted.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your judgment upon me is inevitable. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept unto Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen that You possess, to make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the remover of my sadness, and the banisher of my worries.
In the name of Allah, I rely on Allah. There is no might nor power except with Allah.
O Allah, I seek Your forgiveness for what I have done and what I have left undone, for what I have concealed and what I have openly done, and for what You know better than I. You are the One who sends forth and You are the One who delays; there is no deity except You.
