In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Say: 'I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn, from the evil of all that He has created, and from the evil of the darkening night as it falls, and from the evil of those who practice sorcery when they tie knots, and from the evil of the envier when he envies.'
In Your name, my Lord, I lay down my side, and in Your name I raise it. If You take my soul, then have mercy on it. And if You keep it (alive), then protect it with what You protect Your righteous servants with.
Glory be to You, O Allah, my Lord, and praise be to You. I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance.
Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and our offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous.
