I ask You by every name You have called Yourself, or taught to any one of Your creation, or revealed in Your Book, or have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the delight of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my grief, and the driver away of my worries.
Verily, we belong to Allah, and verily to Him do we return. O Allah, reward me for my affliction and compensate me with something better than it.
O Allah, make the beginning of this day goodness, its middle success, and its end prosperity. O Allah, bless our provisions, conceal our weaknesses, secure our fears, and grant our hearts tranquility.
In the name of Allah we enter, and in the name of Allah we leave, and in Allah, our Lord, we place our trust.

O Allah, we seek refuge in You from the detestable manners, deeds, and desires.
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing can harm on earth or in heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provision, and accepted deeds.
