O Allah, forgive me and my parents, and have mercy upon them as they brought me up when I was young.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, and from the evil of my sight, and from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my semen/private parts.

I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or have taught to anyone from Your creation, or have revealed in Your Book, or have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my grief and the remover of my worries.
O Turner of the hearts, keep my heart firm on Your religion.
All praise is due to Allah, Who gave us life after causing us to die, and to Him is the resurrection.

O Allah, benefit me with what You have taught me, teach me that which will benefit me, and increase me in knowledge.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, from incapacity and laziness, from cowardice and stinginess, and from the heavy burden of debt and from being overcome by men.
O Allah, help me to remember You, to give thanks to You, and to worship You in the best manner.
