O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your judgment upon me is assured, and Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every Name belonging to You which You have named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, and the light of my breast, and a departure for my sadness and a release for my anxiety.
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan. O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Mighty Throne, be my neighbor (i.e., my protector) against this evil and against its people, lest any of them transgress against me or behave unjustly. Mighty is Your protection, and Blessed is Your name, and there is no god but You.
O Allah, I ask You for a soul at ease, one that believes in Your meeting, is content with Your decree, and is satisfied with Your bestowal.
In the name of Allah, and by the blessings of Allah.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provision, and accepted deeds.
O Allah, I ask You for its (the person's) good and the good of what You have naturally created it with, and I seek refuge in You from its evil and the evil of what You have naturally created it with.
O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the magnificent Throne, our Lord and Lord of all things, the Revealer of the grain and the date-stone, the Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran. I seek refuge in You from the evil of all things which You are seizing by the forelock. O Allah, You are the First, and there is nothing before You; You are the Last, and there is nothing after You; You are the Mostๆพ (Zaahir - Apparent), and there is nothing above You; You are the Most Hidden (Baatin - Inner), and there is nothing nearer than You. Discharge our debt and make us free from want.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provision, and deeds that are accepted.
May Allah bless you in your family and your wealth.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from being overcome by debt and subjugated by men.
O Allah, I ask You for the good of this (wind/storm) and the good of what it contains, and the good of what it was sent with. And I seek refuge in You from the evil of this (wind/storm) and the evil of what it contains, and the evil of what it was sent with.
