Dua for Suppressing Anger When Faced with Ignorance and Stupidity

Anger
Sahih HadithSunan Abi Dawud 5092

I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan. O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Mighty Throne, be my neighbor (i.e., my protector) against this evil and against its people, lest any of them transgress against me or behave unjustly. Mighty is Your protection, and Blessed is Your name, and there is no god but You.

Audhu billahi minash-shaytanir-rajeem. Allahumma Rabba as-samawati as-sab'i wa Rabba al-'arshil-'adheem. Kun li jaran min hadhash-sharri, wa min ashabil-sharri, an yufrita 'alayya ahadun minhum aw yatgha.
