O Allah, help me to remember You, to thank You, and to worship You in the best manner.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, and the evil of my sight, and the evil of my tongue, and the evil of my heart, and the evil of my semen.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
O Allah, grant us rain. O Allah, grant us rain. O Allah, grant us rain.
O Allah, guide me and guide my soul, and guide mankind to the straight path. O Allah, grant him (or her) deep understanding in religion and teach him (or her) the interpretation (of the Quran).
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provision against Your unlawful provision, and enrich me with Your grace, so that I shall not need need anyone other than You.
Glory be to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we could never have accomplished it by ourselves. And to our Lord we will surely return.
Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
O Turner of the hearts, keep my heart firm on Your religion.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective. Your judgment over me is just. I ask You by every name belonging to You, which You have bestowed upon Your creation, or have revealed in Your Book, or have taught to any of Your creation, or have kept secret in the knowledge of the Unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my sadness, and a reliever of my anxiety.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, and I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the subjugation of men.
