I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when] I was young.
O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.
In the name of Allah be its running and its mooring! Indeed, my Lord is Forgiving and Merciful.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the oppression of men.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is inevitable, and Your decision concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to anyone from Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my grief, and the remover of my worries.
In the name of Allah, with the soil of our earth and the saliva of some of us, may our sick be healed by the permission of our Lord.
O Allah, suffice me against them with whatever You wish.
"O Allah, grant my soul its piety, and purify it, for You are the Best Purifier. You are its Guardian and its Master. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not fear, from a soul that is not satisfied, and from a supplication that is not heard. And I seek refuge in You from the three: from the vanishing of Your favor, the turning of Your well-being, and the suddenness of Your punishment. And I seek refuge in You from the evil of what has been said and what has not been said."
O Allah, I ask You to enable me to do good deeds, and to abandon evil deeds, and to love the poor, and that You forgive me and have mercy on me. And if You intend to try Your creation with a trial, then take me to Yourself without [being tried and falling into] that trial. I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love You, and the love of deeds which bring me closer to Your love.
