O Allah, I seek refuge in You from leprosy, madness, elephantiasis, and from all evil diseases.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a bad neighbor, and from a troublesome spouse, and from the devils among Jinn and mankind, and from a beast that will devour me, and from a dog that will throw stones at me, and from a people who will destroy me, and from an evil day, and from a black night, and from an evil hour, and from a black beast, and from the evil of all possessors of evil. Indeed, You are the Hearer of supplication.
O Allah, forgive [Name of the deceased], have mercy on him, grant him well-being, pardon him, honor his reception, make his grave spacious, wash him with water, snow, and hail. Purify him from sins as a white garment is purified from dirt. Give him a home better than his former home, a family better than his former family, and a spouse better than his former spouse. Admit him to Paradise, and protect him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.
O Allah, send Your mercy upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent Your mercy upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim, verily You are the Most Praiseworthy, the Most Glorious. O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent Your blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim, verily You are the Most Praiseworthy, the Most Glorious.
In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from all evil things and all evil female jinn.
O Allah, I ask You for patience for my spouse, and to grant him/her a great reward. Relieve him/her from the pains of illness, make his/her heart tranquil with Your remembrance, and grant him/her a beautiful end.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.
All praise is due to Allah Who gave us life after causing us to die, and to Him is the return.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and His punishment, and from the evil of His servants, and from the whispers of the devils and from their presence.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and deeds that are accepted.
O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and richness (contentment).
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, and I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the overpowering of men.
