Duas during storms, wind, drought, eclipse, and natural events
O Allah, around us and not upon us. O Allah, upon the hillocks and mountains, and the valleys, and the places where trees grow.
Glory be to Allah, who has subjected this (transport/means) to us and we could not have done it ourselves. And to our Lord we are returning.
Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. There is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance.
O Allah, surround us from every side, and do not give the rats, the lice, or the insects a way to us, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
Glory be to Him Whom the thunder extols by His praise, and the angels too, out of awe of Him.
O Allah, make it rain of goodness and blessings, and a watering of mercy. Do not make it a punishment, nor destruction, nor drowning. O Allah, benefit the earth, the plants, the watering of livestock, and all creation with it. O Allah, make it good for us and not against us. Amen.
Glory be to Him Whom the thunder glorifies by praising Him, and the angels too, out of awe of Him.
O Allah, I ask You for its goodness, and the goodness of what is in it, and the goodness of what it has been sent with. And I seek refuge in You from its evil, and the evil of what is in it, and the evil of what it has been sent with.
O Allah, grant us rain! O Allah, grant us rain! O Allah, grant us rain!
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.
Glory be to Him whom the thunder glorifies by praising Him, and the angels too, out of His awe.
