Duas for sincere repentance and turning back to Allah
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, the reversal of the wellness You have granted, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You. I seek refuge in You from the hardships of trials, the reaching of misery, the evil of fate, and the rejoicing of enemies. O Allah, I ask You for steadfastness in all matters, and determination in following the right path. I ask You to enable me to be grateful for Your favors and to worship You in the best manner. I ask You for a sound heart and a truthful tongue. I ask You for the good that You know, and I seek refuge in You from the evil that You know, and I seek Your forgiveness for what You know. Indeed, You are the Knower of the unseen.
My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, so forgive me.
My Lord, forgive me and accept my repentance. Indeed, You are the Accepter of Repentance, the Most Forgiving.
Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to anyone from Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or kept with You in the knowledge of the unseen, to make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the remover of my worries.
O Allah, I ask You for a sincere repentance, which You make a safeguard for me in this world and the Hereafter.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, and the turning of Your protection, and the suddenness of Your vengeance, and all that You are displeased with.
O Allah, indeed I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is forever executed. Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or which You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the delight of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my grief, and the remover of my worries.
O Allah, I ask You to enable me to do good deeds and to abandon evil deeds, and to love the poor. And I ask You to protect me from the trials that You may decree for Your creation, by taking my soul (in a state of goodness) before it. I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love You, and the love of deeds which bring me closer to Your love.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disapproved of character, deeds, and desires.
O Allah, forgive me for all my sins, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the apparent and the hidden.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the decline of Your blessings, the change of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your wrath, and all that displeasures You.
