Dua for Repentance and Protection from Magic and Evil Eye

Repentance & Tawbah
Sahih HadithSahih Muslim 2707

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, the reversal of the wellness You have granted, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You. I seek refuge in You from the hardships of trials, the reaching of misery, the evil of fate, and the rejoicing of enemies. O Allah, I ask You for steadfastness in all matters, and determination in following the right path. I ask You to enable me to be grateful for Your favors and to worship You in the best manner. I ask You for a sound heart and a truthful tongue. I ask You for the good that You know, and I seek refuge in You from the evil that You know, and I seek Your forgiveness for what You know. Indeed, You are the Knower of the unseen.

Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matik, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatik, wa faja'ati niqmatik, wa jami'i sakhatik. Wa a'udhu bika min jahdil-bala', wa darakish-shaqa', wa su'il-qada', wa shamatatil-a'da'. Allahumma inni as'alukal-thabat fil-amr, wal-'azimah 'alar-rushd, wa as'aluka shukra ni'matik, wa husna 'ibadatik, wa as'aluka qalban saliman, wa lisaanan sadiqan, wa as'aluka min khayri ma ta'lam, wa a'udhu bika min sharri ma ta'lam, wa astaghfiruka lima ta'lam, innaka anta 'allamul-ghuyub.

Tariq bin Ashyam (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: 'When any one of you asks Allah for protection with perfect words, He will be protected.' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what are the perfect words?' He said: 'Say: O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, the reversal of the wellness You have granted, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeases You. I seek refuge in You from the hardships of trials, the reaching of misery, the evil of fate, and the rejoicing of enemies.
