Duas for sincere repentance and turning back to Allah
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is forever executed. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to any of Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or kept known only to Yourself in the hidden knowledge. I ask You to make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my grief, and the driver away of my worry. And I ask You, my Lord, to turn to me in repentance, for indeed I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. Circumstances have compelled and overcome me, so forgive me. Verily, You are the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
O Allah, forgive me my sin, all of it, the small and the great, the first and the last, the apparent and the hidden, the little and the much.
O Turner of the hearts, make my heart firm on Your religion, and incline my heart towards Your disobedience.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the disappearance of Your blessings, and the change of Your protection, and the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, and from a heart that is not humbled, and from a soul that is not satisfied, and from a supplication that is not heard.
O Allah, I seek Your forgiveness for that which I repented to You of, then returned to. And I seek Your forgiveness for that for which I intended Your noble countenance, but there became mixed with it that which I did not intend. And I seek Your forgiveness for Your favor upon me, with which I wronged myself. And I seek Your forgiveness for every sin I committed and forgot, yet it is with You in a clear Book. I seek Your forgiveness for everything that became clear to me of it, and which I hid from Your servants, and for which I did not seek Your forgiveness, and You were patient with me as if I had not disobeyed You, so I returned to Your disobedience. I seek Your forgiveness for giving all of that [my attention/effort]. O Most Merciful of the merciful.
O Allah, forgive my every sin, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the open and the secret. O Allah, You are the First, before Whom nothing is; You are the Last, after Whom nothing is; You are the Apparent, above Whom nothing is; You are the Hidden, closer than whom nothing is. Settle our debts for us and enrich us from poverty.
Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen which You possess, to make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my grief, and the driver away of my worry.
O Allah, forgive me for what I have done [in the past] and what I will do [in the future], what I have done in secret and what I have done openly, what I have exceeded in, and what You know better about me than I do. You are the One Who sends forth and the One Who delays. There is no god but You.
O Allah, forgive me my sin, all of it, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the open and the secret.

O Allah, forgive me all of my sins, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the apparent and the hidden.
