Our Lord, forgive us our sins and our extravagance in our affair and plant firm our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and grief, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the domination of men.
O Allah, benefit me by what You have taught me, teach me what benefits me, and increase me in knowledge.
In the name of Allah we enter, and in the name of Allah we leave, and in Allah, our Lord, we put our trust.
My Lord, expand for me my breast, and make my task easy for me, and untie the knot from my tongue so they may understand my speech.
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provision instead of Your unlawful provision, and enrich me with Your grace, so that I may not need to seek from anyone other than You.
O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my faults and secure my fears. O Allah, protect me from before me, from behind me, from my right, from my left, and from above me. And I seek refuge in Your magnificence from being struck from beneath me.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is effective. Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or have retained in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my distress. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, from cowardice and old age, and from stinginess. And I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and from the trials of life and death.
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful (provision) instead of Your unlawful, and enrich me with Your bounty, so that I may not need anyone other than You.
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provision instead of Your unlawful provision, and enrich me by Your grace, so that I may not need to ask anyone other than You.
O Allah, bless their measures, and bless their weights, and bless their measures (of capacity, like Sa'ah), and bless their measures (of capacity, like Mudd).
