All praise is for Allah who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me without any strength or power from my side.
O Allah, forgive me my sin, all of it, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the open and the secret. O Allah, I ask You for lawful, good, and blessed provision.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, indeed I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen which You possess, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my grief, and a reliever of my worries.
O Allah, indeed we seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, the reversal of Your well-being, the suddenness of Your wrath, and all of Your displeasure. O Allah, we seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that is not humbled, from a soul that is not satisfied, and from a supplication that is not heard. O Allah, guide us, provide for us, suffice us, and protect us. And preserve for us our faith, our culture, and our Islamic heritage, and make it a proof for us, not against us.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, from the evil of my sight, from the evil of my tongue, from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my semen.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the passing away of Your favor, and the changing of Your protection, and the sudden of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. I seek refuge in You from the trial of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of the Antichrist. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the saying of falsehood in richness and poverty. And I seek refuge in You from the companion of tribulation, and from the evil of destiny, and from the evil of that which moves upon the earth. O Allah, I ask You for good deeds, and abandoning evil deeds, and the love of the poor. And when You intend to test Your servants with a trial, then take me unto Yourself without me having been tested. I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love You, and the love of any deed that brings me closer to Your love.
O Allah, You are the Companion on the journey and the Successor in the family. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of the journey, the sorrow of seeing (unpleasant sights), and the bad outcome in wealth and family.
Allah! There is no god หนworthy of worshipหบ except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of หนallหบ existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, but they do not encompass any of His knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation does not burden Him. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.
Praise is to Allah, much praise, good and blessed praise. O our Lord, it is not enough, nor is it taken leave of, nor is it dispensed with.
In the name of Allah. O Allah, make him pious and pure, and all my offspring. Make him dutiful to his parents, and all my offspring. Make him strong in Your religion, and thank him [for his good deeds] for me, and grant him well-being, and forgive me and my offspring.
O Allah, forgive him and have mercy on him, grant him well-being and pardon him. Honor his refuge, make his entrance spacious. Wash him with water, snow, and hail. Cleanse him from sins as a white garment is cleansed from dirt. Replace his home with a better home, his family with a better family, and his spouse with a better spouse. Admit him to Paradise, and protect him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.
