O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of this [child] and the goodness of that which You have created him/her with, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this [child] and the evil of that which You have created him/her with.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove this suffering, and heal it, for You are the Healer. There is no healing except Your healing; a healing that leaves no ailment behind.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not fear (You), from a soul that is not satisfied, and from a supplication that is not heard. O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and contentment.
O Allah, I ask You of Your grace.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your Hand. Your command over me is forever executed. Your decision concerning me is just. I ask You by every Name that You have called Yourself, that You have taught to anyone in Your creation, that You have revealed in Your Book, or that You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, to make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the remover of my anxiety.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, the reversal of Your protection, the suddenness of Your punishment, and all that displeaces You. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, from weakness and laziness, from cowardice and stinginess, and from being overcome by debt and being subjugated by men.
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provision instead of Your unlawful provision, and enrich me with Your grace, so that I may not need anyone besides You.
In the name of Allah, I perform Ruqyah for you, from every ailment that harms you, from the evil of every soul or envious eye. May Allah cure you. In the name of Allah, I perform Ruqyah for you.
My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You might send down to me, in need.
In the name of Allah, with the soil of our land, and the saliva of some of us, our sick will be healed by the permission of our Lord.
Praise be to Allah, a much, pure, blessed praise, which is not insufficient, nor is it bid farewell, nor is it dispensable, our Lord.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and deeds that are accepted.
