Source & Authentication
It was narrated from Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'When you dress a child and clothe him, and say: Allahumma inni as'aluka min khairihi wa khairi ma jubila 'alayhi, wa a'udhu bika min sharrihi wa sharri ma jubila 'alayhi. (O Allah, I ask You for the goodness of this [child] and the goodness of that which You have created him/her with, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this [child] and the evil of that which You have created him/her with.) Then the child will be protected, and the clothing will be protected.' (Sahih Muslim 2709, graded Hasan in Sunan Abi Dawud 4027).
