My Lord, grant me from the righteous.
Our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who preceded us in faith and do not place in our hearts hatred for those who have believed. Our Lord, indeed You are Kind and Merciful.
O Allah! Guide my child (boy), make him pious and pure, grant me his obedience, and make him a blessing upon me and upon the Ummah of Muhammad ﷺ.
O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful provision instead of Your unlawful provision, and enrich me with Your grace, so that I may not need anyone other than You.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is inevitable, and Your judgment concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen that is with You, to make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the remover of my anxiety.
O Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, our Lord and the Lord of all things, the Cleaver of the grain and the date-stone, the Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran. I seek refuge in You from the evil of every moving creature, the forelock of which You seize. O Allah, You are the First, so there is nothing before You; You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; You are the Outwardly Apparent, so there is nothing above You; You are the Inwardly Hidden, so there is nothing nearer than You. Grant us relief from our debt and enrich us from poverty.
I seek refuge for you with the perfect words of Allah from every devil and every beast, and from every evil eye.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the envy of the envying.
O Allah, I seek Your guidance through Your knowledge, and seek ability through Your power, and I ask of Your magnificent grace. For indeed You have power, and I have no power; You have knowledge, and I have no knowledge; and You are the Knower of the unseen. O Allah, if You know that this matter (mention your matter with your heart) is good for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my hereafter – or he said: in my present and my future – then decree it for me, make it easy for me, and bless it for me. And if You know that this matter is bad for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my hereafter – or he said: in my present and my future – then turn it away from me, and turn me away from it, and decree for me whatever is good, and make me content with it.
All praise is due to Allah, who gave us life after death, and to Him is the return.
O Allah, You who separate the heart, and give sight to the eyes, guide my heart, and place a barrier between me and Satan, and between Satan's deeds, and between (me and) Hellfire.
O Allah, grant my soul its taqwa (piety, consciousness of You), and purify it, for You are the best purifier. You are its Guardian and its Master. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not fear (You), from a soul that is not satisfied, and from a supplication that is not answered.
