O Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, our Lord and the Lord of all things, the Cleaver of the grain and the date-stone, the Revealer of the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran. I seek refuge in You from the evil of every moving creature, the forelock of which You seize. O Allah, You are the First, so there is nothing before You; You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; You are the Outwardly Apparent, so there is nothing above You; You are the Inwardly Hidden, so there is nothing nearer than You. Grant us relief from our debt and enrich us from poverty.
Allahumma Rabba as-samawati wa Rabba al-ard, Rabbana wa Rabba kulli shay', faliqal-habbi wan-nawa, wa munzilat-Tawrati wal-Injili wal-Furqan, a'udhu bika min sharri kulli dabbatin anta akhidhun binasiyatiha. Allahumma Antal-Awwalu falaysa qablaka shay', wa Antal-Akhiru falaysa ba'daka shay', wa Anta al-Zhahiru falaysa fawqaka shay', wa Antal-Batninu falaysa duna ka shay', iqdi 'anna daynana wa aghnina minal-faqr.

Source & Authentication
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Shall I not teach you a supplication that you may supplicate with it, even if you had the debt like the (mountain of) Sirb?" Abu Bakr said: "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!" He said: "Say: Allahumma Rabba as-samawati wa Rabba al-ard, Rabbana wa Rabbana kulli shay', faliqal-habbi wan-nawa, wa munzilat-Tawrati wal-Injili wal-Furqan, a'udhu bika min sharri kulli dabbatin anta akhidhun binasiyatiha. Allahumma Antal-Awwalu falaysa qablaka shay', wa Antal-Akhiru falaysa ba'daka shay', wa Anta al-Zhahiru falaysa fawqaka shay', wa Anta al-Batninu falaysa duna ka shay', iqdi 'anna daynana wa aghnina minal-faqr." Then he said: "This is a good supplication. It is not said for a mountain of debt but Allah would pay it off for him." He also said: "Abu Bakr came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) with some prisoners and said: 'O Messenger of Allah, these have come to you with their properties.' He said: 'Then these are the first ones whom Allah will make their properties belong to them.' Then he (Abu Bakr) said: 'O Messenger of Allah, grant them to me.' He said: 'Then you take them.' And he narrated the supplication. And he said: 'Then he (Abu Bakr) said: 'O Allah, grant me relief from my debt and richness from poverty.'"
