O Allah, guide me to the best of characters, for none can guide to the best of them except You, and turn me away from bad characters, for none can turn away from bad them except You.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and His punishment, and from the evil of His slaves, and from the whispers of devils and from their presence.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of all that He has created.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from being overwhelmed by debt and from the overpowering of men.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, indeed I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female-servant. My forehead is in Your hand (my fate is controlled by You). Your judgment upon me is destined to befall. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept unto Yourself in the eternal knowledge of the unseen, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the remover of my anxieties.
O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter. O Allah, I ask You for pardon and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family, and my wealth. O Allah, conceal my faults and calm my fears. O Allah, protect me from in front of me and from behind me, from my right and from my left, and from above me. I seek refuge in Your might lest I be consumed from beneath me.
In the name of Allah. O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad. O Allah, I ask You from Your grace.
In the name of Allah, the soil of our land, mixed with the saliva of some of us, is a cure for our illness, by the permission of our Lord.
My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up when I was young.
All praise is for Allah, who clothed me in this garment and provided it for me without any strength or power from myself.
O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy.
