O Allah, bless his hearing, his sight, his heart, his skin, and his limbs.

I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created. In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can harm on earth or in heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from grief and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the overpowering of men.
