Duas for reliance on Allah and strengthening tawakkul
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the cessation of Your blessings, and the change of Your protection, and the suddenness of Your punishment, and all of Your displeasure. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the destruction of my house, and from ruin, and from drowning, and burning, and old age. And I seek refuge in You from being struck down by the devil at the time of death, and I seek refuge in You from dying in Your path while fleeing, and I seek refuge in You from dying from a venomous bite.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your judgment on me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to anyone among Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen which is with You, to make the Qur'an the delight of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my grief and a reliever of my worries.
Verily we belong to Allah, and verily to Him do we return. O Allah, record me with the patient ones, and grant me recompense in my affliction, and grant me better than it.
O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting Sustainer, by Your mercy I seek help. Rectify for me all of my affairs and do not entrust me to myself for even the span of an eye-blink.
O Allah, guide me, make me firm on the right path, and remind me of my right conduct. Or: O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency.
Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but Him. On Him I have placed my trust, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne.
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and His punishment, and from the evil of His servants, and from the incitements of devils and from their presence.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the hardships of calamities, the attainment of misery, the evil of decrees, and the rejoicing of enemies.
O Allah, suffice me against them however You wish.
Allah is sufficient for us and He is the best Disposer of affairs.
O Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, our Lord and Lord of everything, the One who causes the grain and date seeds to split, the Revealer of the Tawrah, the Injil, and the Furqan. I seek refuge in You from the evil of every creature You are seizing by its forelock. O Allah, You are the First, so there is nothing before You; You are the Last, so there is nothing after You; You are the Apparent, so there is nothing above You; You are the Hidden, so there is nothing nearer than You. Settle our debts for us and enrich us from poverty.
O Allah, suffice me against them by whatever means You will.
