O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your judgment on me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to anyone among Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen which is with You, to make the Qur'an the delight of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my grief and a reliever of my worries.
Allahumma inni 'abduka, ibnu 'abdika, ibnu amatika, nasiyatii biyadika, madin fiyya hukmuka, 'adlun fiyya qadaa'uka, as'aluka bikulli ismin huwa laka, sammayta bihi nafsaka, aw 'allamtahu ahadan min khalqika, aw anzaltahu fi kitanika, aw ista'tharta bihi fi 'ilmil ghaibi 'indaka, an taj'ala al-Qur'ana rabee'a qalbi, wa noora sadri, wa jalaa'a huzni, wa dhahaaba hammi.

Source & Authentication
It was narrated from Ibn Mas'ud that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: "No servant has been afflicted with anxiety or grief, and then said: 'O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your judgment on me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed to anyone among Your creation, or sent down in Your Book, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen which is with You, to make the Qur'an the delight of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my grief and a reliever of my worries,' but Allah will remove his anxiety and grief and replace them with relief." It was said to him: 'O Messenger of Allah! Should we learn these words?' He said: 'Yes, indeed. It is incumbent upon everyone who hears them to learn them.'
