Duas for healing and visiting the sick
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is effective. Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or have retained in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my distress. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, from cowardice and old age, and from stinginess. And I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, and from the trials of life and death.
O Allah, grant me well-being in my body. O Allah, grant me well-being in my hearing. O Allah, grant me well-being in my sight. There is no god but You.
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. O Allah, Lord of mankind, remove this illness, heal (him/her); You are the Healer, there is no healing but Your healing, a healing that leaves no disease behind.
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can harm, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.

O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your decree concerning me is inevitable, and Your justice concerning me is absolute.
