Duas for starting new endeavors, new year, new home, new job
O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, grant me well-being, and provide for me.
All praise is due to Allah in all circumstances, and I ask You, O Allah, for goodness and the best of outcomes, and I seek refuge in You from evil and its ill effects.
My Lord, cause me to alight a blessed alighting, and You are the best of those who bring alighting.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.
In the name of Allah, O Allah, I ask You for its goodness, the goodness of its inhabitants, and the goodness of whatever it contains. And I seek refuge in You from its evil, the evil of its inhabitants, and the evil of whatever it contains.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and deeds accepted.
O Allah, grant me understanding of the religion.
O Allah, I ask You for the good of it (this friendship) and the good of what You have created it upon, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of it and the evil of what You have created it upon.
O Allah, rectify my religion for me, which is the safeguard of my affairs, and rectify my worldly life for me, in which is my livelihood, and rectify my Hereafter for me, to which is my return. Make life a source of increase for me in every good, and make death a rest for me from every evil.
O Allah, forgive me my sin, all of it, the slight and the serious, the first and the last, the open and the secret.
O Allah, I ask You to enable me to do good deeds, to avoid evil deeds, and to love the poor. And I ask You, when You intend to decree a trial for Your creation, to take me to Yourself without being tested by it. I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love You, and the love of the deed which will bring me closer to Your love.
