Duas for comfort when feeling alone or isolated
O Allah, bring harmony to our hearts, and reconcile that which is between us. Guide us to the paths of peace, and save us from darkness into light. Keep us away from shameful deeds, both apparent and hidden. Bless our hearing, our sight, our hearts, our spouses, and our offspring. Accept our repentance, for indeed, You are the Ever-Relenting, the Most Merciful.
My Lord, grant me from among the righteous [offspring]
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief. I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness. I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess. And I seek refuge in You from the overwhelming of debt and the subjugation of men.
My Lord, grant me from among the righteous [offspring].
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and accepted deeds.
O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and contentment.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provision, and deeds that are accepted.
O Allah, I ask You to enable me to do good deeds and to abandon evil deeds, and to love the poor. I ask You to forgive me and have mercy on me. And if You intend to try a people, then take me to Yourself without being tried. I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love You, and the love of deeds which bring me closer to Your love.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the oppression of men.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your decree over me is inevitable, and Your judgment over me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or taught to anyone of Your creation, or revealed in Your Book, or kept unto Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the delight of my heart, and the light of my breast, and a banisher of my sadness and a reliever of my anxiety.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name belonging to You, which You have bestowed upon Yourself, or have caused one of Your creatures to learn, or have revealed in Your Book, or have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my sadness and a remover of my anxiety.
O Allah, guide me and set me aright, and remember with Your well-being those who set me aright. Cause me to die among Your party, and make ample space between me and You. O Allah, Lord of all things, make my final outcome good.
