Duas for seeking knowledge, understanding, and wisdom
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not fear You, from a soul that is never satisfied, and from a prayer that is not answered.
O Allah, benefit me with what You have taught me, and teach me what is beneficial for me, and increase me in knowledge.
O Allah, grant me wisdom.
O Allah, make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sorrow, and the remover of my anxiety.
O Allah, teach me the Book and wisdom, O Allah, teach me the interpretation of the Qur'an.
O Allah, benefit me with what You have taught me, teach me that which will benefit me, and increase me in knowledge.
O Allah, make beneficial for me what You have taught me, teach me what is beneficial for me, and increase me in knowledge.
O Allah, make light in my heart, and light in my grave, and light before me, and light behind me, and light on my right, and light on my left, and light above me, and light beneath me, and light in my hearing, and light in my sight, and light in my hair, and light in my skin, and light in my flesh, and light in my blood, and light in my bones, and light from Your mercy. O Allah, grant me great light, and make me light, and make me light.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and deeds that are accepted.
In the name of Allah, I rely on Allah. And there is no might nor power except with Allah.
