Evening remembrance and supplications
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and contentment.
O Allah, I ask You for Your pleasure and the pleasure of whatever You love.
In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
In Your name, my Lord, I lie down. In Your name, I rise. If You take my soul, have mercy on it. If You keep it, protect it with what You protect Your righteous servants.
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can cause harm, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is effective. Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or have taught to any one of Your creation, or have revealed in Your Book, or have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my worries.
In the name of Allah, with Whose name nothing can cause harm in the earth nor in the heavens, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, pure provisions, and deeds that are accepted.
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on Earth or in the heavens can harm, and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Living, the Sustainer of all. Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.
