O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, and son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is ever effective, and Your judgment upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or that You have taught to any one of Your creation, or that You have revealed in Your Book, or that You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the spring of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my distress.
O Allah! Forgive me, have mercy on me, guide me, mend me, protect me, provide for me, and elevate me.
O Allah, help me to remember You, to give thanks to You, and to worship You in the best manner.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from distress and sorrow, and I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the oppression of men.
O Allah, Controller of the hearts, keep my heart firm on Your religion.
O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and richness.
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan.
O Allah, I ask You to enable me to do good deeds and abandon evil deeds, and to love the poor, and to forgive me and have mercy on me. And if You intend to test a people, then take me to Yourself without subjecting me to that test. I ask You for Your love, and the love of those who love You, and the love of deeds which bring me closer to Your love.
O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, just as You sent prayers upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. Verily, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious. O Allah, bestow Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, just as You bestowed blessings upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim. Verily, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious.
O Allah, Lord of Jibra'eel, Mika'eel, and Israfeel, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the seen, You judge between Your servants regarding that over which they differed. Guide me to the truth regarding that which they differed, by Your permission. Indeed, You guide whomever You will to a straight path.
O Allah, I ask You for the good that Your righteous servants ask of You, and I seek refuge in You from the evil that Your righteous servants seek refuge from.
