Duas and remedies for controlling anger
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of disapproved morals, actions, and desires.
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan. O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Mighty Throne, be my guardian against these evildoers, and let me taste the sweetness of Your reward, and protect me from their punishment and their might.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your female servant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is forever executed. Your decree upon me is just. I ask You by every name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any of Your creation, or kept to Yourself in the unseen knowledge with You, to make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a banisher of my sadness, and a reliever of my anxiety.
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan. O Allah, remove the anger from my heart, protect me from my sorrows, keep my body sound, and do not afflict me with calamity.
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan.
O Allah, indeed We place You directly in their line of fire [or in front of them to ward them off], and we seek refuge in You from their evils.
O Allah, forgive me all my sins, the minor and the major, the first and the last, the apparent and the hidden. O Allah, forgive the sins of the first of this Ummah and its last. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of this Ummah, and from the evil of what my parents have preceded, and from the evil of what has preceded in me, and from the evil of Iblis and his offspring, and from the evil of the people of innovation and deviation, and from the evil of this world and the hereafter.
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan. O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, goodly provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, guide me and set me aright, and by Your forgiveness, remember my sins, and conceal my faults, and secure my fears.
