O Allah, I ask You for the best of this journey and the best of what it contains, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of this journey and the evil of what it contains. O Allah, I ask You for a Hajj [or Umrah] that is accepted, a striving that is appreciated, and a sin that is forgiven.
All praise is due to Allah, [praiseworthy] praise abundant, pure, and blessed, [praise] that is never insufficient, never bid farewell, and from which our Lord is never independent.
O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is effective. Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every Name that You have called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught to any one of Your creation, or kept to Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen that is with You, to make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, the banisher of my sadness, and the reliever of my anxiety.
O Allah, forgive me and my parents, and have mercy on them as they brought me up when I was young.
O Allah, I seek Your guidance through Your knowledge, and seek ability through Your power, and I ask of Your immense bounty. For You decree and I have no power, and You know and I do not know, and You are the Knower of the unseen. O Allah, if You know that this matter (mention your need) is good for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my Hereafter (or he said: in my present and my future), then ordain it for me, make it easy for me, and bless it for me. O Allah, and if You know that this matter is bad for me in my religion, my livelihood, and my Hereafter (or he said: in my present and my future), then turn it away from me, and turn me away from it, and ordain for me the good wherever it may be, and make me content with it.
O Allah, forgive our living and our dead, those who are present and those who are absent, our young and our old, our males and our females. O Allah, whoever among us You keep alive, keep him alive in Islam, and whoever among us You cause to die, cause him to die in faith. O Allah, do not deprive us of its (i.e., the deceased's) reward, and do not let us stray after him.
O Allah, forgive him and have mercy on him, grant him well-being and pardon him. Honor his استقبال, make his grave spacious, and wash him with water, snow, and hail. Purify him from sins as a white garment is purified from dirt. Grant him a home better than his former home, a family better than his family, and a spouse better than his spouse. Admit him to Paradise, and protect him from the punishment of the grave and the punishment of the Fire.
O Allah, guide me to the best of character, for none can guide to the best of it except You. And divert me from bad character, for none can divert from bad it except You.
In the name of Allah, I seek refuge in Allah from the evil of those who practice witchcraft and from the evil of the envier when he envies.
O Allah, I ask You for beneficial knowledge, good provision, and acceptable deeds.
O Allah, indeed I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is inevitable, and Your justice in my case is an evidence. I ask You by every name belonging to You, which You have revealed in Your Book, or You have taught to any one of Your creation, or You have kept exclusively for Yourself in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Qur'an the springtime of my heart, and the light of my chest, and a departure for my sadness and a remover of my worries.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, I seek refuge in You from helplessness and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from being overwhelmed by debt and overcome by men (in authority).
