O Allah, guide us to the best of character, for none can guide to the best of it except You. And turn us away from evil character, for none can turn away from it except You.
In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in the heavens can harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
O Allah, I ask You for a soul content in Your presence, believing in meeting You, satisfied with Your decree, and pleased with Your giving.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, from helplessness and laziness, from cowardice and stinginess, and from the heavy burden of debt and the domination of men.
In the name of Allah. O Allah, You gave her [to us], and You have taken her. To You she belonged, and to You she will return. O Allah, forgive him (or her) and have mercy upon him (or her), and grant him (or her) safety in the gardens of delight.
In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (or from evil and wicked things).
O Allah, guide me to the best of character, for none can guide to the best of it except You. And turn me away from evil character, for none can turn away from the evil of it except You.
O Allah, make beneficial for me what You have taught me, teach me that which will be beneficial for me, and increase me in knowledge.
Glory be to Him Whom the thunder glorifies by praising Him, and (so do) the angels out of His fear.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from worry and grief, I seek refuge in You from incapacity and laziness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice and stinginess, and I seek refuge in You from the burden of debt and the oppression of men.
O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining! By Your mercy I seek relief. Rectify for me all my affairs and do not entrust me to myself even for the span of an eye blink.
My Lord, grant me from the righteous offspring.
